Return & Refund Policy
Customers can cancel the order placed online within 24 hours or they can submit for a return / exchange following the bellow mentioned guidelines. Kruzin Arabia does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Kruzin Arabia does not take title to the refunded item.
What is the ‘As New’ Condition?
Items returned to us need to be 100% ‘as new’. This means they cannot be worn except to try on, and they cannot have any scratches on any part of the uppers or soles, have any dirt, and scuff marks or excessive wrinkles.
We suggest that when you are trying on shoes before you’ve decided to keep them, you only walk on carpets in order to protect the soles of the shoes. Items that are not ‘as new’ will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you.
Can I Remove the Tags?
Tags affixed to products must not be removed if you plan to return your purchase(s). If the tags are removed, the products will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
How Do I Return An Item?
The purchase box includes the following return forms, which are required in order for Kruzin Arabia to process your return.
1. Returns Form. Fill out the Return Form that came with your purchase, by simply indicating the item you will send back and answer the simple questions required.To submit the Returns Form click here.
2. Return Shipping Boxes. Place the merchandise in the original boxes that were delivered in, including all original tags and packaging. Place the filled-in returns form in the brown carton box together with the Kruzin Arabia merchandise box. Please tape up your box.

Returns Receipt Confirmation
When we receive your returned merchandise back to our Returns Center, we will inspect the product(s) to make sure they are in “as new” condition. You will receive an email that the return was received and a refund was made to the credit card you used to pay for your order within maximum 15 days.
When the inspection confirms your returned product is approved for a refund or exchange, you will receive an email confirmation with details for the refund made to the payment method you used to place your order.
How long does it take before I get my refund?
As soon as the refund is made to the payment option you used for your order, you will get a confirmation email. In case you paid with Credit Card, it may take up to 21 days for the amount to show on your credit card statement. In case of PayPal payment, the credit will show in your PayPal account within 24-48 hours after you received the confirmation email. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
